This project provided a new dry goods distribution center, with high pile rack storage.  Located along the I-95 corridor in south Florida, the site required extensive dewatering.  The site development package alone exceeded $13 million.

Pre-engineered structure with standing seam roof and wall panels; floor slab tolerance ff=50, fl=35, ESFR Fire Protection System.

Material handling equipment included Rapistan conveyor routed throughout the three-level mezzanine.
