New Distribution Center — was fast-tracked to allow the owner to take delivery of equipment in 4+ months and Certificate of Occupancy in seven months. Material handling equipment included Buschman tilt-tray sorter and Rapistan conveyor. Conventional structural frame, non-load bearing precast concrete wall panels with double MFL wall, cross docking layout, floor slab tolerances ff=50, fl=35, ESFR fire protection system, building is fully conditioned.
