This project consisted of the remodeling of classrooms and washrooms. Attention was paid to and improvement were made to environmental concerns and out-dated mechanical systems. New sewer lines were routed to improve plumbing functions as well as updating of ADA required building entrances. Wheelchair lifts and new concrete ramps now allow the school to serve all.
After design of the space was completed, PM2i implemented 7-day a week construction process to meet the schedule and complete the work prior to the commencement of the new school year. PM2i worked exhaustively with the school board members to adhere to budget and schedule constraints and provide a successful and flawless project delivery.
