This project expanded the 1.2 million sf Distribution/Fulfillment Center to add an 706' x 360' x 65' clear-height expansion with Automatic Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS).

The AS/RS by Cleco Systems provided an 85,800 pallet-position, 11-crane, automated storage and retrieval solution and with the mini-load carton will hold more than 600,000 boxes in the new 650-foot by 250-foot by 75-foot building.

Conventional structural frame, non-load bearing precast concrete wall panels, floor slab tolerance fmin=100, MFL walls, ESFR fire protection system.
