In 2007 PromiseLand West Church acquired two undeveloped contiguous properties totaling 68 acres along Highway 71, requiring Master Planning of phased building and function development, as well as infrastructure extension. Needs included Phase I Multipurpose facility seating 1,250, planning for future Worship Assembly seating over 3,000, along with support functions. In a partnership with Jackson Galloway Architects, ministry needs were assessed, including infant care/security, pre-school, youth, chapel, worship assembly, recreation, event management, food preparation, administrative functions, counseling, and pastoral care. The PM2i team interviewed and programmed the needs of the various levels of users/stakeholders to achieve a programmatic analysis of current Phase I Multipurpose Building functions and final Master Plan functions. Special attention is being given to media, acoustic, sound and lighting planning. PM2i assembled a project team that included Jackson Galloway, legal, Conley Engineering (civil), and subconsultants to manage the project through development approvals, permitting and infrastructure development and building construction. |
