This project expanded an operational fulfillment/distribution center, with high pile rack storage by an additional 610,000 gsf. 
Material handling equipment included Rapistan conveyor routed throughout the three-level mezzanine.

It was comprised of a conventional structural frame, non-load bearing precast concrete wall panels with multiple MLF walls, a floor stab tolerance of fmin=70, and ESFR Fire Protection System with storage tank.
Under a design-build agreement, this facility was completed in 21 months from design start to project completion for $22.5 million.
