Civil Package for New Office Building and Distribution Center

PERI Formwork Systems, Inc. is the largest provider and manufacturer of concrete formwork and scaffolding systems in the world. For their new North Texas Facility, PERI engaged PM2i to perform site development.   The building phase is to include a two story office building with provisions to add a third floor, and a production / distribution facility. 

Approximately 100,000 cubic yards of excavation were required to prep for 375,000 square feet of concrete flatwork on lime stabilized subgrade.  Water and sanitary sewer services, electrical site lighting, retaining wall systems, chain link fencing and striping for the operations layout were also required this fast track project. 

The civil work was required to be completed in an expedited schedule in order to accommodate PERI's needs.
