 | This new 525,000 GSF Distribution Center is located on a greenfield site in Frostproof, Florida and is scheduled for completion in June 2008. Extensive site development required over 500,000 CY of material to be moved to create the building pad and three large detention ponds. The facility will be comprised of a conventional structural frame, non-load bearing concrete tilt-up wall panels with insulated metal panels on the expansion wall. A high volume ESFR fire protection system will require an on-site fire water storage tank. The floor slab tolerances averages ff=50, fl=35. Material handling equipment will include a conveyor system by Rapistan.  |
