This new 750,000 GSF Distribution Center, which was completed in August 2007, was built on a greenfield site on the Port of Stockton, California.

Extensive site development required over 500,000 CY of borrow material to be imported, with lime stabilization.

Material handling equipment included Rapistan conveyor.

The facility is comprised of a conventional structural frame, non-load bearing precast concrete wall panels wainscot, with insulated metal panels and ESFR fire protection system.  The floor slab tolerances averages ff=50, fl=35, and fmin=70 in VNA area.
