In June 2006, PM2i completed the 295,000 gsf expansion of an existing Distribution Center. This Distribution center was originally completed by Mr. Bowlin in 2003. The total facility size is now 645,000 gsf.
The project was completed under a Design-Build delivery method that began with design in September 2005.
Material handling equipment includes Rapistan conveyor.
Conventional structural frame, non-load bearing precast concrete wall panels wainscot, with insulated metal panels, floor slab tolerances average ff=50, fl=35, and fmin=70 in VNA area. ESFR fire protection system.
