Performed Design and Construction Management for four new Ferguson Enterprises Distribution Centers located in Front Royal, Virginia; McGregor, Texas; Fort Payne, Alabama; and Richland, Washington between 1998 and 2003.

The facilities vary in size from 387,000 gsf to 483,000 gsf and include material handling equipment such as Rapistan conveyors and ESFR fire protection systems.

The facilites are comprized of conventional structural frame and non-load bearing precast concrete wall panels in the Virginia facility, load bearing tilt-up wall panels in the Texas and Alabama facilities, and insulated metal panels in the Washington facility. Floor slab tolerances average ff=50, fl=35, and fmin=70 in VNA area.
