This classroom building contains offices and a kitchenette, and is a part of Mansfield’s satellite campus. This building was originally an unfinished "shell space" of a commercial retail building.
After design of the space to meet the client's needs, a fast-track construction process was implemented to meet the schedule.
The scope of work included plumbing, electrical and HVAC rough-in and finishes, metal stud framing, drywall installation and finishing, acoustical ceiling, millwork, flooring, and painting. PM2i provided a total "turnkey" finish out project for the client.
