Owner In-Site® is our proprietary project management system that was custom-developed to our specifications and for our unique needs. Owner In-Site was developed because we felt the commercial applications on the market were too complicated and unfriendly to navigate. It is our experience that all project participants must feel comfortable using a system, or else they will avoid it completely and thus defeat the purpose of a Project Management System — sharing information. Owner In-Site has an assortment of modules that can be custom-implemented for each project. Access is password-protected and participants are granted various levels of access depending on their role and responsibility on the project team. The most commonly used features are the Submittal Log , Change Order Management , Architect's Observation Reports, Field Daily Reports , Digital Photographs , and Meeting Minutes. |
