Formed in 1993 and incorporated in Texas, Project Management Innovations International, Inc. (PM2i) is a medium-sized contractor and design-builder performing work across the U.S., with completed projects from Washington state to Florida. With an emphasis on CM at risk and design-build industrial and commercial construction, PM2i has its own staff of engineers, designers, and project managers experienced in the intricacies of fast-track construction.
In addition to its office staff of design and construction management professionals, PM2i maintains a merit shop organization of field crews for on-site supervision and fieldwork including layout, foundation concrete, millwork, and miscellaneous labor.
PM2i is active in the local construction and business community and has established long-standing relationships with key subcontractors and architectural and engineering consultants.
PM2i acquires much of its work through past client and business contact referrals and has gained a reputation for solid, predictable performance.
The majority of our work is repeat business with satisfied owners — a good indicator of our proven track record.
