Jacque Judy, PM2i's Director of Operations and Preconstruction, possesses more than 20 years of extensive pre-construction and project management experience from a general contracting, corporate development and design-build position.

Since 2006 he has served in a key and dual role as Director of Preconstruction and Operations assisting with national design/build opportunities for PM2i.

Prior to joining PM2i, Mr. Judy was responsible for authoring the City of Chicago Design Build Program as well as performing business management functions for a large Chicago-based a full-service real estate development design build construction firm specializing in national projects.

Mr. Judy also successfully procured construction contracts, negotiated and purchased trade and design service agreements for design build delivery. During this period he coordinated business strategies for client/owners to ensure proper and timely construction delivery systems.
